Anica
Anica wears many hats at the Beaconsfield Fitness Centre. As a group fitness instructor she delivers our express lunch 30 minute HIIT sessions weekdays and as our Gym Manager ensures our members and trainers are well looked after.Fuelled by a love of the outdoors, Anica's passion for health and fitness and the incorporation of this into everyday life supports and builds on the training philosophy of the Beaconsfield Fitness Centre.
Karly
Karly has had a love for sport and fitness from a very young age. Growing up, most of her time was spent playing netball, competing in gymnastics, and enjoying water sports.Now entering her passion for teaching, Karly is currently studying a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Health and Physical Education. Karly loves a friendly chat and is always available to lend a helping hand
John
With a wealth of experience in ultra-distance running, open water swimming, cycling, and triathlons, John possesses a deep-seated passion for the rigors and challenges of endurance sports. Since earning his qualifications in 2015, John has been dedicated to sharing his expertise, working both privately and with prominent sporting organisations like Athletics Australia and Triathlon Victoria, impacting countless participants with his insights. Currently, John's exploration of endurance sports is centred on the exhilarating world of ultra-distance off-road bike packing.
shannon
Shannon's role in the fitness industry began 31 years ago when she qualified as an aerobics instructor to allow for a work/life balance while raising her three girls. She then qualified as a PT in 2008 and began working from home. Shannon's spare time is spent with her family and friends. She loves coffee, trips away in the caravan, and spending time with husband Mick and their animals.
jaye
Jaye began her journey in the fitness industry at the age of 22. What began as a part-time job became her full-time career. Her passion for knowledge, correct technique, and new influences & inspiration hasn't waned. Jaye loves helping people lead happy and heathy lives, whilst also boosting their confidence in the potential of what their bodies and minds can achieve. Her favourite hobbies include horse riding, dancing and spending time in the sun with her family.
Rory
Rory is a passionate fitness coach with a Bachelor of Health Sciences, majoring in Exercise Science and Nutrition. Since 2019, he’s been helping clients improve their health, fitness, and overall well-being through practical, personalised coaching. Driven by a strong commitment to his own health and that of his family, Rory brings both knowledge and genuine care to every session, supporting others to lead healthier, happier lives.
josh
Josh has been passionate about sport from a young age, growing up playing football and cricket, and later adding basketball and golf (enthusiastically, if not expertly) to the mix.His love for fitness grew alongside a drive to help others achieve their goals, leading him to complete his Personal Training qualification. In 2024, he’ll begin a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University, with aspirations to work in high-performance sport or continue making an impact as a Personal Trainer.
Natalie
Natalie has been working at Beaconsfield Fitness Centre since 2023. She started working behind the desk, where you will still find her helping members with their experience at the club, and then she transitioned into personal training after she earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors, majoring in Exercise Physiology. While at university in America, she competed for two seasons in NCAA triathlon, she was appointed captain of her triathlon team, and she was the President of the Exercise Physiology Club. Outside of her university experience, Natalie has always been involved in sport, most recently in the sport of triathlon, but previously in soccer, athletics, and netball. She loves being able to help others achieve their health and fitness goals and chatting to members about anything and everything related to sport!
