Looking for a challenging, varied and team based workout? Our military inspired bootcamp maybe what you have been looking for. An intense mix of aerobic, strength and speed elements will have you and the other recruits pushing till the final sound off. Utilising body weight exercises such as push ups, squats, lunges and crunches and specific resistance training with torsion bars our bootcamp is a whole-body workout that builds strength and aerobic endurance whilst testing your metal.
Delivered by seasoned spin cycle instructors and using tried and tested training protocols this spin session is ideal for all ages and fitness levels. Build endurance on the flats, strength on the climbs and anaerobic fitness on the sprints without the high impact of other cardio activities on the joints.
METAFIT BODYWEIGHT HIIT
Metafit is a high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former royal marine commando, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in. This session has a full range of regressions to cater for all fitness levels.
Based on the principles of Yin and Yang, this method is inspired by yoga, Pilates, functional training and tai-chi technique. Merging therapeutic exercises, strength and flexibility exercises and breathing techniques bodyART helps strengthen and stretch muscles at a time, relieve stress, get rid of back pain, improve posture, better understand and feel our bodies.
This session focuses on building full body muscular strength without specific cardio. This class combines weight-bearing and resistance exercises to target and develop your strength. With all exercises capable of being regressed, this is an ideal session to those new to group training through to advanced...or for those who just don't like cardio!
Express lunch is your 30 minute training session programmed specifically to be completed during a normal lunch break. Offering a full body workout, this session is a combination of HIIT and resistance training completed in a circuit format. Get your workout in and still have time to grab a coffee before heading back to the office.
Pull out your gym mat and get ready to do a series of movements that will stabilize and strengthen your core. Pilates is great for strengthening and toning your core and for increasing your flexibility. If you are looking to strengthen your abdomen and pelvis as well as maintain good posture, then join our certified coach for a Pilates session. Please note this is a mat based Pilates session.
BOXING FOR FITNESS
Our Boxing For Fitness sessions involve boxing combinations, cardio drills, and specific boxing exercises. This session is tailored to the group and will provide a full body workout for beginners through to seasoned campaigners.
CLUB RIDE SPINNING
Born on the road, raised indoors. This cycling session is delivered by an accredited Triathlon Development Coach and certified SPINNING Instructor, and is designed to mimic your favourite road rides. Utilising terrain profiles, you will ride fast flats, long climbs and steep pinches, all whilst improving your stamina and building your bike fitness. This session is ideal for road cyclists, triathlete and those wishing to improve their general fitness.
Our Cross-Training session offers circuit style training utilising body weight exercises and function training equipment such as dead balls, power bags, torsion bars and skipping ropes. Developed to offer a full body workout for the beginner through to the more advanced. With all exercises capable of being regressed, this is an ideal session to those new to group training.
Based on the international phenomenon of the early 90's Reebok Step, this high energy session is ideal for all fitness levels and will develop cardiovascular fitness in a fun and social setting.
